Terms of Service
make sure to read this page through before commissioning me, it'll sure we're all on the same page
striked through commissions on my price page mean theyre currently unavailable!

| by commissioning me you agree to these terms and will abide by them, going against these rules will put you at risk of being temporarily blacklisted | the general process of my commissions are here, you can see what to expect beforehand |
| as the artist: | payment: |
| • I can refuse a commission for whatever circumstance, if I feel like something is outwith my level of work I will let you know and can suggest something else | • full payment is to be made after the sketch is complete and the client is satisfied, most revisions will be made during the sketch phase, if you want something big changed after I am done with the piece it may cost you extra |
| • my watermark will retain on my artwork, for different works such as pixel art this might be different | • payment options: Ko-fi / Deviantart Points |
| • I can post the commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, etc | • my currency is in Euros €, Ko-fi will convert it to your currency during check out, DA points have the conversion €1/80p |
| • I will update you if anything were to interfere with your commission, like vacation or health problems | • payment has a two weeks notice, it can slightly exceed this limit within reason |
| • I am currently still in highschool working on exams so keep this in mind | • I don't do refunds unless if it's a problem on my end |
| as the client: | art process: |
| • you can ask me questions about my commissions, if you're unsure about if I can draw something or not, etc | • (optional but preferred) the client will join my discord server, where they can submit a commission inquiry / request (this will be a private channel between the client and me) |
| • you can ask for updates on your commission, though do not rush me by asking me every day, art takes time | • the client will make a commission inquiry with the order template below |
| • you can post the artwork on social media, such as Toyhou.se, full credit is required to link back to me | • after an inquiry is made and accepted I will start the sketch, revisions will be made during this phase |
| • you can use the artwork as a profile picture or banner, full credit being linked back to me would be appreciated | • once the client has paid, the art will be finished to completion and sent to the client |
| • you can't use my artwork commercially unless you have paid commercial fees | • art can take up to 3 months, though it will usually be finished within 2 weeks |
