| • NEVER: use my art for AI or NFTs |
| • my watermark will retain on my artwork, for different works such as pixel art this might be different |
| as the artist: |
| • I CAN: refuse a commission for whatever circumstance, if I feel like something is outwith my level of work I will let you know and can suggest something else |
| • I CAN: repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio unless stated otherwise |
| • I will update you if anything were to interfere with your commission, like vacation or health problems |
| as the client: |
| • OK: Use your commissioned art as an icon/banner (preferably with credit) |
| • OK: Making personal merch of your commissioned art for yourself (buttons, posters, etc) |
| • OK: Posting the commissioned art on social media, such as toyhouse (full credit is required to link back to me) |
| • OK: Ask questions on if i'd be able to draw something for you |
| • OK: Ask for updates on the commission while it's in progress |
| • OK: Ask for an unwatermarked version of the artwork to use on a toyhou.se profile (do not post the unwatermarked version anywhere else!) |
| • CAN'T: Use the commissioned art commercially |
